History

Avenue Mortgage Corporation was started in January of 1990 by David R. Pendley in Oak Brook Illinois.  In 1994 Avenue moved to Naperville and subsequently opened up branches in Wheaton, Batavia, and Geneva.    Avenue currently has 4 branches and 28 full time loan officers to serve all your financial needs. Avenue Mortgage is licensed as a Mortgage Banker in the states of Illinois and Indiana.
